For all abilities and levels of fitness, DRG Self Defence & Fitness has developed training and courses with input from Ex-British Special Forces, Strathclyde Police officers and Martial Arts Masters. For individuals or groups all training is tailored to give the most benefit to its participants.

In combination with self defence or just focusing on fitness, DRG Self Defence & Fitnesstraining can introduce you to exercise and help you progress at your own rate. If you are already fit and active DRG Self Defence & Fitness have the experience and motivated instructors to help move you on to the next level. 

PERSONAL TRAINER (Click here for more info)

At home or outdoors DRG Self Defence & Fitness has personal trainers that will work with you to build the skills and abilities you want. For fitness, self defence or a combination of both, your personal trainer can help you set and achieve your goals. Training can be on a one to one basis or in small groups.
