Personal Trainer

A personal trainer is a great way to get and stay in shape. They provide motivation advice and can often see the mistakes you are making and the areas you need to improve in.

You will work with your trainer to set goals and achieve them at a pace that suits you. Training can take place at home or outdoors. The skills and knowledge you will learn will enable you to stay in shape and continue to improve your level of fitness.

As you progress through your training your personal trainer will adapt your workouts to give you the greatest benefit.

Although training can be tough at times, it is also fun and light hearted. Although you will not always need a personal trainer, if you wish to get good at anything you must first learn how to do it properly and safely.

The focus of training can be solely on fitness or can be combined with our self defence training.
