Self defence
Everyone has the right to defend themselves and a little basic knowledge can make a big difference. Our training and courses have been designed for those with very little or no self defence knowledge and will teach you to make the most of whatever fitness or strength you have.
The techniques taught are simple, effective and have been developed with input from Ex-British Special Forces, Strathclyde Police officers and Martial Arts Masters.
DRG Self Defence & Fitness supply pads and equipment for you to practice and perfect your techniques.
Although all training will be tailored to suit its participants, the areas self defence training will focus on are: Fitness, Situation assessment, Strikes & Blocks, Kicks, Releases & Close quarters defence work, Weapons and Intervention.
All training is tailored week by week depending on your progress and personal strengths. The focus of training can be solely on self defence or can be combined with our fitness training.
